Under the ICA GP management model, Investment Professionals who desire to raise their own Investment Funds joins the ICA network of Professionals Adviors as Associate Partners and participates on the Activities of existing Funds till such a time as they are able to raise their own Fund as a Key-person with the support of ICA and other members in the network. Upon successfully raising a Fund, a said Key-person of a Fund is admitted into ICA as a Full Partner. The ICA GP model presents the following benefits:
